Dream Big!


Part of being healthy is doing what we love, what fulfills our purpose!

When was the last time you had a dream, acted on an old dream, or created a new dream?

Life can become so busy and chaotic that we lose track of our dreams - our goals. We stop acting as aggressively on them as we could and focus on things happening in life that probably are necessary but not as high priority.

For instance, how many hours a week do you spend watching t.v., playing video games, scrolling social media, etc? Things that are nice to do, but not really beneficial to growth and life!

The average person can easily watch 15-20 hours of t.v. a week! That's a full time job!!! Imagine if we even cut that in half and spent 7-10 hours of that time building on our dream - our goals- our purpose!

Keep that vision. Keep that dream and DREAM BIG! GO FOR IT!
