Health: One Day or Day One

Do you plan on doing great things One Day? Are you making steps to get there? What are your goals to be a healthier and best you?
The thing is we should be making steps every day with today always being Day 1! If we plan on doing things One Day it may never happen. Time goes by so fast! It is so important to continue to move forward, learn, and grow in order to reach One Day successfully! But, in order to do that, we need to start with Day 1!
Here is your homework to take advantage of Day 1:
1. Write down the goals you want to reach for One Day in columns.
2. Write down actions that can help you get there - they can be specific or general (break down as appropriate for you to get to your goal)
3. Set realistic goals in order to get there with specific timelines and keep yourself on schedule.
4. Follow through and hold yourself accountable. Give yourself rewards for meeting step by step goals whether they are big steps or baby steps.
5. Just keep moving forward remembering to pray and seek guidance along the way from reputable sources.
